Matthew Butler’s Fundraiser for Kawasaki Disease

I am an adult living with the effects of Kawasaki Disease. I had aneurysms in my coronary arteries as a three-year-old. Recently, I was able to visit the Kawasaki Disease Center in San Diego. Dr. Burns and Dr. Bhatt helped direct my care in a new direction. A surgery that I believed was inevitable is currently postponed. I was given valuable knowledge that I would not have access to if I was not able to make this trip.

I want to make sure that all children and adults have access to the highest levels of care. I will run 100 miles from January 22nd-February 22nd in gratitude for my life and the generosity of donations for Kawasaki Disease Awareness and treatment.
